Moq targets Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 14 or later. Intel Macs and Windows are not supported. Find your chip and macOS version in Apple menu → About This Mac.
Download only from the official download page and open Moq from Applications. If macOS reports a damaged app, malware, or an unverified developer, stop and contact us with the exact message and version. Don’t disable Gatekeeper or remove quarantine protection.
Use PNG, JPEG, WebP, MP4, or MOV. Videos should be SDR H.264 or HEVC; HDR and audio are not supported. Try an SDR H.264 copy if a file fails. Large videos take longer because Moq creates a local preview. Originals are never edited.
Try a short 1080 / 30 fps export to a writable local folder with enough free space. Copy the exact error and include the preset, ratio, duration, and export settings in your request. Lightroom 05 and 06 hide cards by default; choose Show cards or set Backface to Show.
Edits save locally to Projects. Check the Saved indicator before quitting. File → Save a copy… creates a portable .mockupmaker project with copied media. Removing a Media Library item leaves existing projects intact. Don’t delete application data while troubleshooting; contact support first.
Keep Moq open, check Settings → Providers or MCP, and use a model your account can access. Reconnect or restart your agent after configuring MCP. Provider subscriptions and API billing are separate. Never include an API key in a support message. Manual editing and export work without AI.
Open Moq → License… or Settings → License and paste the complete key from your license email. Verification works offline. Standard covers releases within its update window; those versions remain yours to keep. Lifetime covers every release. The developer beta does not require a key. For a replacement, email support with your purchase reference, not the full key.
Updates are installed manually from the download page. Save your work, make a portable backup, and quit Moq before replacing it in Applications. Check release notes first. Purchase and update entitlements will be confirmed before checkout opens.
